Howie earned his RAE title today... what a good little dog. Not as naturally gifted as Norah but gives me his all everytime. And is the best bed-dog ever

New title!

Poodles did really well today at rally. Norah had 100 in Excellent and Advanced and won both classes to finish her RAE. Howie got 3rd in Excellent with 87 (he cannot do the 3 step back up so we always loose -10 points if it is on the course) and 98 in Advanced winning a three way tie for 2nd place. That was his 9th RAE leg so with any luck will finish the end of the month.

More rally fun

Norah earned RAE Q's # 8 & 9 last weeekend with some great runs; three 1st and one 2nd place ribbons. Howie got # 7 & 8 with four green Q ribbons and a 3rd and 4th place ribbon. He tries so hard. It was a very fun weekend that included the poodles running in a field, competing, hanging out in the motel, dinner with friends, sitting around the rings swapping stories and laughing a lot. Laughter is good. We are headed to Texas and then Branson next week. Rally again on Oct 9th.....keeping my fingers crossed for a new title for Norah.

Norah and Howie earned RAE legs Saturday; # 7 for Norah and # 6 for Howie. Norah had 99 in both Excellent B and in Advanced B and won both classes. Howie had 4th place in Excellent with 93 and did not place in Advanced with 92. They were very good poodles.

Off to Eugene this coming weekend for some more fun & games

Rally weekend

Just home from a fun weekend playing rally. Howie and Norah each earned RAE legs # 3 & 4. They worked better today than yesterday with Norah scoring 100 in both Excellent B and Advanced B.....2nd place in each class. Howie made me smile with his efforts today and I told him that green Q ribbons mean just as much as red placement ribbons
